The Royal Robbins Guarantee is a promise that products manufactured by Royal Robbins are free from defects in material and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Royal Robbins will repair or replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use.

This warranty covers only normal use of the Products. Royal Robbins will not assume responsibility for any failure of the Products incurred by misuse, abuse, neglect or exposure to a substance or an environment that degrades the Products.

To return items for warranty consideration first review the details below and then fill out the online form on this page and click "Submit a Warranty Request" to obtain Warranty Claim Number. Please allow up to two business days for a response.

In accordance with the law, all items must be clean and freshly laundered prior to being returned.

Royal Robbins warrants solely to those consumer purchasers ("Purchasers") who, for their own use or use by another consumer end user, purchase the Royal Robbins branded products ("Products") directly from an authorized seller ("Authorized Seller") or from Royal Robbins directly.

Products considered to be defective must be returned to the Authorized Seller from which the Products were originally purchased or returned to Royal Robbins with the original purchase receipt or issuer's invoice record. Our policy is to honor Product warranties only on Products purchased from an Authorized Seller of Royal Robbins Products or Royal Robbins directly and only when accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase. If Products are purchased from an unauthorized seller this limited warranty will not be valid.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Royal Robbins if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Royal Robbins product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Royal Robbins only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Royal Robbins products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your Warranty Claim Royal Robbins will be replaced by the same size and color Royal Robbins Product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value.

In no event shall Royal Robbins be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
